Manage Your FG&S Digital SVG Downloads & Orders

Welcome back! Your account dashboard is where you can manage your digital design purchases, download files, access license details, and review your order history. All SVG and cut file purchases are securely stored in your account for easy access anytime.

📥 Accessing Your Digital Downloads

Once your payment is complete:

• Your files are immediately available in My Account → Downloads
• You will also receive a confirmation email with a download link
• Each file format is packaged in a separate ZIP archive

To Download Your Files:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click Downloads
3. Select the file(s) you wish to download
4. Save to your computer
5. Unzip the folder before use

If your download limit has expired or you need additional access, contact support for assistance.

📂 Order History & Invoices

Inside My Account → Orders, you can:

• View past purchases
• Download invoices
• Check payment status
• Review license terms attached to each design

This makes it easy to track files used for small business production or repeat projects.

🔐 License Access & Usage Information

Your purchased SVG designs include a Personal & Small Business License (up to 200 physical items) unless otherwise noted.

You can review usage rights anytime from:

My Account → Orders → View License Details

Quick Usage Summary:

✔ Create physical products for personal or small business use
✔ Sell up to 200 finished physical items per design
✘ Do not resell or share digital files
✘ No print-on-demand or third-party fulfillment platforms
✘ No digital redistribution in any format

We retain full copyright ownership of all artwork.

If you need an extended commercial license, contact us for upgrade options.

🛠 Troubleshooting Your Files

If you are having issues opening or uploading your file:

• Confirm your cutting machine software supports the file format (SVG, DXF, PNG, etc.)
• Make sure the file is fully unzipped before importing
• Check for software updates
• Re-download the file from your account

Common compatible programs include:

• Cricut Design Space
• Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition for SVG use)
• Brother ScanNCut
• Adobe Illustrator

If you continue to have issues, contact support with:

• Your order number
• The file name
• A screenshot of the error message

🔄 Re-Downloading Files

You can re-download your purchased files directly from your account while your download access remains active.

If:

• You accidentally deleted files
• You purchased on a previous device
• Your link expired

Contact us with your order number, and we will help restore access when possible.

🧵 Managing Your Creative Library

We recommend:

• Creating a folder system on your computer for SVG files
• Backing up files to cloud storage
• Keeping license documentation for small business tracking

Your My Account page acts as a secure backup hub for your purchases.

Inside My Account → Account Details, you can:

• Update your email address
• Change your password
• Edit billing information

For security, never share your account login information. Download links are for individual use only.
