Welcome! Just a little about me — I’m a retired gifted education teacher, lifelong creative crafter, and passionate party planner who believes celebrations should feel special — not stressful.
After raising four children and celebrating every holiday, birthday, milestone, and “just because” moment imaginable, I’ve collected decades of real-life experience designing themed parties, DIY decorations, and budget-friendly event setups.

From Gifted Education to Party Planning
For over 30 years, I helped students think creatively and turn ideas into real, hands-on projects. That same mindset now fuels this blog. Party planning and decorating are simply creative problem-solving in disguise:
