This resource page is designed to share practical tools you can use in your own party and event planning. Each blog post on For Grits & Shins includes:

The terms “downloads” and “printables” often overlap, so here’s how I use them on this site.

Here you’ll find templates or digital documents that you can customize or are simply ready to use. The general format may be MS or Google documents, which can be converted to each other’s format, if you have a preference. The key to less stressful planning, don’t reinvent the wheel! I’m happy to share resources I’ve found and ones I’ve created to save you time and money.

Printables are typically PDF files designed for clean formatting and easy printing. I create many of my designs using different programs and font styles, and the PDF format allows me to preserve:
