Making your own printable banner is simple and can be done with basic supplies you probably already have at home.
Decide what you want your banner to say before you start printing. Measure your available wall or display space so you have an idea of how many letters you’ll need.
Print the letters, numbers, and symbols you need from the Crawler Style Banner PDF.
For a sturdier banner, print the pieces on cardstock. Regular printer paper works well if you plan to hang the banner indoors and want a lightweight decoration.
Carefully cut around each banner piece. A paper trimmer can make quick work of straight edges, but scissors work just fine.
Punch holes near the top corners of each banner piece. Try to keep the holes in approximately the same location so your finished banner hangs evenly.
Thread your ribbon, twine, or string through the holes. Arrange the letters in order, leaving a little space between each piece.
